Own parking bay with CCTV. Four shallow steps take you into the Beach House porch (see welcome page). After this, one step into main hallway - opposite is the Sanderling Suite. Situated ground floor. Free wireless Internet. Gas central heating, self controlled in each room. Electricity not metered. Modern open plan lounge has leather suite and dining area, dvd player, colour TV, text and freeview. Fully fitted kitchen area has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied and hospitality tray. Teatowels, a dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, an iron and ironing board are all included. One family bedroom with double bed, and full size bunk beds, dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe, and colour TV. All towels and bedding are white and freshly laundered. Duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic to provide an allergy free sleeping enviroment. Mattressess are proffessionally steam cleaned each year or renewed. Luxurious ensuite with double sized shower with attractive foldaway seat, wash basin, shaver point and toilet and complementary toiletries. Nice and easy living!
